St Columba's College Preparatory Department is for boys 7-11 years old

Class Structure

The Preparatory Department is divided into four year groups.

• 2 x Prep 1 classes 7-8 years old
• 2 x Prep 2 classes 8-9 years old
• 2 x Prep 3 classes 9-10 years old
• 2 x Prep 4 classes 10-11 years old

Timings of the School Day

All pupils attend full-time 8.25am-3.35pm

Extended Day Facilities

There is supervision before school from 8.00am - 8.25am Monday - Friday
Extended Day activities run Monday-Thursday 3.45pm-4.45pm

Meals and Refreshments

Morning break is from 10.55am-11.10am. Lunchtime is 12noon-1.00pm. The boys can have a hot lunch or may bring a packed lunch. There is an afternoon playtime session from 2.35pm-2.50pm.
