Extended Day Programme

An extensive Extended Day programme runs from Monday-Thursday (3.45-4.45) with activities including: Ju-Jitsu, Drama, Lacrosse, Art, Food Technology, Chamber Choir, Rugby, Football, Cricket, Golf, ICT, Warhammer/Technology, Science and Chess. Booking forms are sent home at the end of each term and places are allocated on a first come-first served basis.

Adventure & Outdoor Education Week

The P.E. and Games department runs an annual adventure week for Year 6 pupils in May. This trip provides the pupils with a varied and comprehensive adventure experience, further developing their communication, team building and leadership skills. Being away from home for a week also develops the pupils’ ability to act independently, thus preparing them for life in secondary school.

 

 

Holiday Activity Days
 

Prep holiday activity days are run at the beginning of  the Christmas, Easter and Summer Holidays. The school is open from 8.30am with activities starting at 9.00am. Activities finish at 3.30pm and all boys must be picked up by 4.00pm. The cost per day is £25 per pupil. There may also be planned trips (e.g. Thorpe Park or a Stadium visit) which incur extra costs which will be detailed in the booking form. Booking forms are sent home towards the end of each term.

Trinity Term:	Sports Day  Fun outings  Whole school musical.

The Prep Dept also has four liturgical events each term.
