Governors' meetings
The Governing body meets four times each year; it reviews, advises and votes on strategic plans.
- The Finance & General Purposes Committee scrutinises and regularly reviews budgets.
- A Govenors' Strategy and Policy Group meets regularly to review pastoral and academic issues together with senior staff.
- Governors,
depending on their experience and background, will from time to time
take a particular interest in an area of the College's life.
The Headmaster, the Head of Preparatory and the
Dean are non-voting members of the Governing Board and of the Finance
& General Purposes Committee, and may attend any ad hoc committee
meetings. They each deliver a report to every full Board meeting. The
Headmaster is answerable directly to the Board of Governors and,
through the Dean, to the Trustees.
