In the Sixth Form, students have six periods per subject in the Lower Sixth and seven in the Upper Sixth.

The majority of students opt for four subjects in their first year of A level studies, which normally reduces to three in their final year.

In addition, the College offers an enrichment programme, which comprises of the Extended Project Qualification, Financial Diploma, Gold Duke of Edinburgh Scheme, General Religious Studies, Young Enterprise Scheme and Computer Science.

During study periods, students can work in Founder’s Hall, an area conducive to learning with computing facilities, or in the extensively resourced Library. Alternatively, with permission, they can use the Fitness Suite for two study periods per week. Students may depart at 3.00pm, providing that they have sought permission and do not have a subject lesson.
